Characteristics
- Improved punching capacity for higher efficiency
- Increase in speed and punching capacity allows larger die with greater number of punches for higher efficiency and productivity
Conventional dies can also be used. - Electric control allows various parameter settings appropriate for material types
- Double punching, accurate positioning of bottom dead center and optimized jet air by integrated air system for slug pulling prevention
Parameters including punch strokes, punching speed and number of hits can be specified depending on material types
Improved hole quality by constant-speed punching with no-pressure type stripping - Easy punch/die exchange and maintenance.
Bushing-type grid tooling reduces tool cost.
