Characteristics
- The ultra compact all-in-one design and easy installation
- The installation area is 0.56m2 with the width of 700mm and the depth of 800mm.
Realizing space-saving installation and easy transfer.

- A highly accurate XY stage adopted with the real scale is installed. A single optical system can condense the laser light into a minute spot.
- Corresponding to two sided scribing
- By installing the under camera unit (OP.), image processing on the both sides scribing is possible to correspond on the same alignment mark.
- The fiber laser of complete air-cooling is installed.
